Harvard Housing Available in the Longwood Medical Area

Starting in August, Harvard is offering HMS students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to rent from a block of new apartments in the Longwood area. The Harvard @ Trilogy apartment complex is across from the Landmark Center at 170 Brookline Avenue in Boston. Kitchens in the apartments include a full-size refrigerator, an electric stove, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. High-speed internet access is available through Harvard’s RESnet system in bedrooms and living rooms, and heat, central air conditioning, electricity, and hot water are included in the rent.

Shared amenities include a fitness center; a common room with a plasma TV; a large, landscaped courtyard; and a laundry area with sitting room, washers and dryers, and vending machines. Student rents are charged to their term bill and faculty and employee rents are paid through payroll deduction. Average rent for a studio is $1,225 per month, a one-bedroom convertible is $1,765, and a two-bedroom studio is $1,950.

For more information, eligibility guidelines, and an online application, visit the Harvard @ Trilogy webpage.
