The second installment of the 2004 Longwood Seminar series examines the impact of emerging infectious diseases like SARS and West Nile. HMS professors Darren Higgins and Michael Farzan will answer questions about how the diseases work and what they teach the public about biosecurity. The program is free but online registration is required. The seminar is cosponsored by the New England Regional Center of Excellence for Biodefense and Emerging Infectious Diseases Research.
