Molecules from Novel Genetic Code Aimed at Drug Discovery
Researchers led by Anthony Forster (left) and Stephen Blacklow have essentially rewritten the genetic code to produce novel peptidelike substances. These peptide mimics may provide a new tool for drug discovery and for research on genetic translation.
