Harvard, MIT Announce Collaboration to Realize Promise of Genome Project
Lawrence Summers and other leaders of Harvard, MIT, and Whitehead Institute announced on June 19 the establishment of the Broad Institute, to be composed of interdisciplinary researchers dedicated to developing tools for genomic medicine and applying them to clinical care.
