Macht Auditorium Rauch is chief of the child psychiatry consultation service at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her areas of expertise include psychological adaptation in medically ill children, coping strategies in children and young adults with cystic fibrosis, supporting families with parents critically ill from cancer, psychosocial functioning in children with dermatological illness, and teaching development to medical professionals. Her recent publications include coauthoring "Parents with Cancer: Who's Looking After the Children?" in the Nov. 1, 2002 Journal of Clinical Oncology and "Between Parent and Child: Negotiating Cancer Treatment in Adolescents" in the April 2002 Oncologist. |
