New Post Adds Vigor to Biological Safety

In response to the increased number of gene transfer studies in the Harvard medical community, HMS has created the position of associate director for biological safety, which was recently filled by Andrew Braun. His appointment is part of a comprehensive effort to strengthen protections for patients, research subjects, and employees.
