Protein May Turn Brain Enzyme into Trigger for Alzheimer's Tangles

Primary Care Residency Makes Case for Training Linked to Managed Care

The American Board of Internal Medicine has recognized the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care/Brigham and Women's Hospital Primary Care Residency as one of the most innovative in the country. The director, Jeannette Shorey, was invited to give a presentation on the program and its financial challenges last August, and the board recently put her talk up on the Web.
